Orders are shipped within the next business day via UPS. For Express Shipping we use UPS or FedEx. Business days are Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays.
In warmer weather, chocolate melting is a very valid concern. We ship your order in compostable climate-controlled packaging with ice packs. We daily investigate the ship from temperature as well as the ship to temperature on day of arrival. We are very meticulous about this and have a 95% success rate.
Refund / Return Policy
All sales are final. If a product arrives to you damaged, we will replace it. Please see details below.
Damage During Shipping
We take customer satisfaction seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our hands to you. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. We are unable to claim responsibility for melted chocolate shipped Express. All claims for damaged product must be made with 72hrs.
